Art Raffle Prize -- Megadiancie7

Hello, Jammers! It's time for another Wednesday post -- and it's actually still Wednesday!! Isn't that crazy? 😮 #NotMidnightYet

This week, we've got art of the winner of Crazcatlover's Art Raffle -- Megadiancie7!

I made it using the EPIIIIIIIIIC NEW PROGRAM CALLED PROCREATE!! 😆 It's for iPads (though geared specifically for iPad Pro, it works fine on my iPad Air), and it costs $5.99 -- worth. Every. Penny.

It's hard to see here, but the tools on the program are diverse and amazing! Charcoals, Light-brushes, and a zillion quirky patterns, like the flowers in the background! The layers take a little bit of adjusting to, but they're very useful!

The Right Friendship Necklace was very fun to draw! I had quite a bit of trouble with the feet. 😋 The crescents on Mega's dress required a different pen from the rest of the dress -- "Ink Bleed" instead of "Studio Pen". I think the Pirate Sword turned out much better than the one from last week.

Mira's Lost Shrine!

Ahoy Jammers, Arctic here!

Why ahoy? Well, I somehow managed to spell 'hey' wrong, so I changed it to ahoy. Okay, let's do this!

I've always considered Den Decorating to be a form of art in itself. The amount of time it takes to plan everything out perfectly (and the amount of gems and patience to set the plan into action) is crazy! I especially love decorators who use the Small House den in creative new ways. It is easily the most simple house, and on the outside it seems like it has very few uses. With a bit of creativity, however, you can come up with some pretty awesome dens!

Inspired by some of my Den Decorator friends, I went ahead and created my second ever den map!

This took a lot of time to make! On and off, I worked over a span of three days to do both the decorating and editing for the den map.

I imagine this den to be kind of like the Lost Temple of Zios, but for Mira! My idea for it was that it was a sort of hidden hideout that became forgotten overtime. To achieve this, I worked a lot on giving it the right "vibe". While tidiness and organization can make some dens look wonderful, it is the lack of coordination and the natural chaos of everything that really makes this den idea come to life. This is why I used so many mossy stone objects in this den. Things that are crumbling, overgrown with vegetation, or unkempt looking make for a very interesting, yet beautiful setting! As for the yard, I went for more of a marsh/swamp look with tons of standing stones, clover ponds, and duck ponds (along with some miscellaneous vegetation).

Sorry that my posts on here have been of things that aren't so traditionally artsy! I like to explore alternate forms of art, and other means of displaying creativity in a cool visual way. Some people may not be fans of it, but I feel like things like editing don't get as much credit as they deserve!

Megadiancie7's Wolf Portrait, And More Art!

Hey Jammers! How are you this Sunday afternoon? Tis a good day for art!

 I recently finished my portrait for Megadiancie7, who if you do not know, won the Art Raffle! Without further ado..

The funnest part of it was probably the sword? The eyes? I don't know tbh XD  

Hardest part was the shape, of course.

I struggled a lot, at first I was going for a more realistic version of it, but I failed.

Miserably XD

 And then I just tried to get the shape right, and it went meh, I'm not proud of that back though, that's for sure!   

Anyways, hope you enjoy Mega! And again, I'm super sorry that I cant make it into a masterpiece rn! D: Hopefully later today, or tomorrow I can!

AJ Art From Across Jamaa!

HEYYYYYY EVERYONE! It's Saturday, and that means it's my turn to post some artwork! Whew, thank goodness the rain in my state hasn't been TOO bad yet! I was worried the power might go out before I had a chance to post! Hopefully, though, I'll get this up with no problems, so let's get a move on before I jinx it! XD!

I realize that I haven't really shown any cartoon art that jammers have made so far, so I'll be doing that today! Hope you enjoy! :D

 First, we have this piece, made by Thekingofstarfish! It may be simple, but I love the style of this art! I especially love how the Spring Elf Tail Armor was drawn! I believe this animal is an AJ lemur- I never see people draw those, so I'm very glad this person tried something different!

 Here's a raccoon, another animal rarely drawn on AJ, made by Polymercorgi! The lines in this picture are so smooth, even though they only used the paintbrush tool! This truly is an amazing Masterpiece- my favorite part would have to be the roses on the Flower Crown!

 This one has been one of my favorite Masterpieces ever since I saw it! I believe it was for an art commission, and it's made by Rainbowgirl1090870 (man, that's a lot of numbers)! Everything about this picture looks amazing! The lines are SOO SMOOTH, and I love the way the tail is curled! My favorite part of this picture would have to be the Rainbow Gauntlets- they look like they fit the fox's paws perfectly!

 Here's one by a rather well-known AJ artist, Anjulfire! Anjul does LOTS of art for other people, and this specific picture is for Mshkiki! I absolutely LOVE Anjulfire's style! The detail is stunning, and everything looks so straight and smooth! The shadows are also very nice- I especially love the shading on the Elf Tail Armor! Anjul also likes to add the person's pet in the picture, which is something a lot of other AJ artists don't do. As you can see, this Mshkiki's pet is a golden bunny, and it's holding a diamond under its lil' paw! And diamonds falling from the sky? A very creative touch!

 Here's an EPIC piece made by Techbroccoli, of someone's lemur avatar! I just gotta say... woah! Everything looks so smooth in this picture, and I like how this artist used a pose that AJHQ uses for lemurs sometimes! It's like AJHQ themselves drew this!

Here's a picture I found a long time ago, made by a jammer called Wolfen322! I love the adorable arctic wolves, but the background has got to be my favorite part of this art piece! As a person who normally doesn't work too long on backgrounds, I gotta say, this must have taken quite a while to do, but it definitely adds a nice touch!

 Here's another awesome Masterpiece of an arctic wolf, created by Iirenexx! The lines were smoothed to give the fur a "soft" look, which I absolutely love! The shading is also very natural as well! But the reflection of the sky in the wolf's eyes is what really makes this piece creative to me!

 This little fox (I believe it's an arctic fox with the fire pattern?) is so cute! It was made by Minecraft01161, and, as you can see, it seems to be for Rainbowgirl1090870, the artist who made the third Masterpiece I showed! The airbrush tool was obviously used a lot to create reflections and shadows, and it looks like it must have taken a while! My favorite detail is either the Flower Crown, or the rainbow-colored butterfly the fox is looking at!

This toucan in the snow was made by Pajaminal, and it's adorable! This artist also used the smear tool to create softer lines, and it really made the northern lights and the feathers on the toucan look a lot cooler! I also love the snowman- such a cute detail!

And finally, a black-and-red arctic wolf, created by Galaxykitty91! I've always liked this style of art, and how the shading stands out and makes it so much cooler! I love this character's expression, hehe!

  Congrats, Mega!  Unfortunately, the reason this post is late is because I've been really busy today, so I didn't have much time to draw your prize (didn't want to make this post wait until midnight because 1- I don't want to keep you guys waiting, and 2- I'm not supposed to be using electronics at midnight XD).  Here's a sketch for now; I might work on something better later on when I have more time, but until then, I hope you enjoy what I was able to draw:
